The details
How many reviews do I owe?
At least two every 30 days for each listing you have in the review queue. The 30 days count from the day you joined.
How is a product picked for me?
You get a shortlist of three: new listings first, then products whose founders review the most. Claim one and you have 7 days to write the review.
When does my product start getting reviews?
Adam writes your first within 24 hours of joining. Your listing joins the queue when you submit your first review, and new listings go to the front for 60 days or until two reviews arrive.
What does a review cover?
Scores for positioning, signup, the core task, trust and pricing, then where the reviewer got stuck and what to fix first. At two reviews you get your scorecard.
What is made public?
Your average score, once at least two members have rated you, and any testimonial a reviewer writes, after approval. The written feedback only ever goes to you.
Do I have to give reviewers free access?
Yes, for at least 60 days, usually as a discount code on your listing. It works both ways: you get 60 days in every product you review. Codes stay inside the members' area.
What happens if I fall behind?
If you're not done, you get a reminder a week before your 30 days are up. Miss a period and your listing leaves the queue until you catch up. Miss two in a row and your membership pauses.
What does it cost?
Nothing, as long as you're active. If a paid tier ever arrives it will sell tooling, never reviews, and members approved while the exchange was free keep it free.
Members also get published testimonials, launch support from the whole group, an opt-in content pool and a monthly audit of their homepage.
